Asmaa Gamal is Portfolio Manager at Multiplyers, where she manages founder–investor relationships and drives portfolio fundraising readiness across the Gulf and MENA. She brings over a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and venture support, including co-founding Collective VC to advance impact investing in Africa and leading investor–startup matchmaking initiatives at Multiples Startup Advisory. Asmaa has supported dozens of startups in scaling their business development and growth strategies, while preparing them to raise capital from regional and global investors. She has served as a mentor and judge for leading accelerators and competitions, and collaborated with global organizations such as Seedstars, Startupbootcamp, Huawei, Microsoft, UNDP, FAO, and Google.
Osama Abdelhadi is the Head of Sales at Multiplyers, where he leads business development and client engagement across the GCC and global markets. With a background in Big Data, AI, and digital transformation, he combines technical expertise with a sharp commercial mindset to drive growth for both Multiplyers and its portfolio companies. Osama brings a strong track record in building strategic partnerships, scaling sales operations, and opening new markets. His career blends experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, and process innovation, enabling him to design and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results. At Multiplyers, Osama plays a key role in expanding the firm’s reach and ensuring that startups, corporates, and investors benefit from meaningful connections and sustainable revenue growth.
Maria Ramouz is the Growth Manager at Multiplyers, where she focuses on accelerating the firm’s expansion efforts and supporting portfolio companies in scaling their go-to-market strategies across the GCC and beyond.
